Lori Flowers came through to the “Ed Lover Show” to talk about her new book, “A Seat At The Table: A Survival Guide For Women In Business.” Lori explains that she wrote the book because she constantly encounters interns and other young professionals who don’t understand how to present themselves in job interviews. Lori reveals that the biggest mistake she sees from women interviewing for internships, is not dressing professionally.

She explains explains that, although the book is directed toward women, men can use many of the tips laid out in it. Lori and Ed also talk about tattoos in job interviews, and how you can prevent them being a big distraction.
