Bun B talks about where the money raised from the Hand-In-Hand telethon he organized gets stored and how it gets to people in need. He talks about feeling pressure from everyone because of all the places that need aid. He puts it in perspective by explaining that huge organizations like  FEMA and Red Cross, who have raised hundreds of millions of dollars, are only able to give a few hundred dollars to people.

Bun explains why, despite how much money has poured in from concerned citizens and organizations, they are ultimately going to need much more from the government. Bun also talks about some of the dire circumstances he has seen as he goes from neighborhood to neighborhood, and how he has been coping with everything he has witnessed.
