Rap trio De La Soul formed in 1987 on Long Island, New York. The men of De La Soul individually were Posdnuos, Trugoy The Dove and Maceo. In this edition of Back In The Day This Week, Ed Lover & Monie Love celebrate her Native Tongues brothers and the fact that their second album, “De La Soul Is Dead” was certified gold in 1991.
