Singer and songwriter Adina Howard, best known for her 1995 Platinum-certified hit single, “Freak Like Me,” came through to the morning show studio! She talked with Ed Lover and explained how she started cooking as a means to gain control over her life after working in the music industry for a little while. Adina also explains why her Shrimp & Grits are the best thing she makes, and how she cooks them.
