Last week, Ariana Grande was just wrapping up a concert at huge stadium in Manchester, UK, when a bomb went off and killed 22 people, injuring dozens of other innocent people who were just there for a good time. The horrifying attack, we later learned, was totally deliberate, carried out by a lone suicide bomber motivated by ISIS efforts in Syria.

With such a terrible incident occurring an event that is typically one of freedom, celebration, and community, it is easy to question where such an open event should continue to occur the same way.
