Teddy Riley was in-studio hanging out with Monie Love & Ed Lover! Teddy explained why on the first Guy album, Damion Hall isn’t pictured on the album cover. He reveals who quit the group and walked out in the middle of recording “You Can Call Me Crazy,” and a surprising and little-known fact about the second verse of that song.

Teddy also talked about being a producer who was partially responsible for building an entire new genre of music, and wanting everyone now to know every detail about that legacy. Teddy recalls Guy‘s first show, when they got booed, and staying in the projects for a really long time before he finally moved to a bigger spot.
