In honor of Autism Awareness Month, Meelah of 702 was talking about Autism with Ed Lover & Monie Love. She talked about her seven year old son, Zach, who is autistic. She explains that his biggest challenge is language, but he is gifted with a connection to the arts; music especially, and building blocks. Meelah also talked about his bright, happy spirit, and where he is on the autism spectrum.

She talks about her non-profit foundation, “PROUDD,” which stands for, Parents Reaching Out to Understand Developmental Delays. Plus, Meelah shares her thoughts on Toni Braxton‘s controversial claims that her son has been “cured” of autism.
