Facebook live, one of the social media platform’s more recent features, has made headlines more than just a few times for being implemented broadcasting incidents of murder, torture, rape and other heinous acts, since its introduction. Not only do these videos live-stream such atrocities, they are then available and shared for long periods after the event.
