Pennsylvania State Police confirmed that Steve Stephens, the man who shot and killed a man at random on Facebook live, shot himself after a police pursuit.

Stephens was reportedly found by authorities with a self inflicted gun shot wound.

Local producer, Nicholas Kovach for Fox 8, tweeted that a press conference would be held shortly to address the news of Stephens’ death.

Police began pursuing Stephens after he recorded himself shooting Robert Goodwin, 78, in the head, in a random killing spree prompted by his break up with his ex.
